GEMS渋谷 (5th floor)
Lunch price: JPY 1,000~1,500
Course: appetizer, pizza, dessert + drink.
All in all, a good pizza. A bit small (18cm), but definitely a deal at 1,000 yen. Good balance between the sauce, cheese, and basil. Perfectly cooked. You won’t go wrong by eating here, but it’s nothing to write home about.

If you like watching people make food, try to sit at the counter. The pizza chef makes the pizza right in front of you — it’s so close that you can almost feel the heat of the oven.

Appetizer. Changes weekly — the first time I went was a simple salad with caesar dressing, a cute minestrone soup in an espresso cup, some marinaded paprika and squid, and roast pork.

Conclusion: 👍. Planning on going again.
Bonus: Looks like they had a few projectors set up with screens available. Maybe a good place for a special event?
GEMS渋谷 also has a lot of other good-looking restaurants — I encourage you to try them out and tell me if any of them are good!
